Cancellation Policy – Paristaan Luxury Resort

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the operational commitments of the resort.

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before check-in:
   No refund will be provided.
• Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before check-in:
   50% retention will be charged on the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellation made less than 15 days before check-in:
   No refund will be provided. 100% retention applies.

Note:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• No refunds for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused inclusions.
• For group bookings or peak season reservations, special cancellation terms may apply.
